At The Purrrfect Lounge, we provide luxury cat boarding for your beloved feline companions. Our comfortable suites give cats plenty of room to relax, play, and enjoy their stay in a safe, clean space. We focus on your cat’s happiness, offering personalized attention, daily enrichment, and quality care for peace of mind while you’re away.
Booking & Pricing
We operate on a per-day booking system. Fees are applied to the day of arrival, the day of departure, and all scheduled days in between.
Minimum Stay: A 1-day minimum booking applies to all reservations.
Check-In & Check-Out
To provide the highest level of care and maintain a calm environment for our guests, we observe the following hours:
- Standard Hours (Monday – Saturday, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm): We invite you to come inside, talk with our team, and visit your cat’s suite. This is the perfect time to have any questions answered.
- Early Access (8:00 am - 10:00 am): Reserved strictly for pre-arranged appointments. For the comfort of our residents during their morning routine, we provide a secure door-side handoff during these hours. Please knock on the door and wait, upon arrival.
- Late Policy & Daily Turnover: To maintain our premium standards of hygiene and care, we are unable to accept arrivals or departures after 2:00 pm.

Morning Routine
Why we are closed to the public before 10:00 am
While our doors are closed for general visits, our team is dedicated to the wellness and comfort of our residents starting at 7:15 am every morning. This “quiet time” allows us to focus entirely on:
- Personalized Care: Serving breakfast, administering medications, and providing one-on-one enrichment for every kitty.
- Pristine Suite Maintenance: We perform a meticulous daily refresh of every room—wiping shelves, sweeping floors, and “de-furring” bedding. To ensure the highest level of hygiene, every litter box is completely emptied, sanitized, and replenished with fresh litter.
- Sanctuary Preparation: We ensure the facility is spotless—from sparkling windows to filled bird feeders—so your cat has a beautiful, calm view for the day
Afternoon Deep Cleaning
Why we are closed to the public after 2:00 pm
To maintain our premium standards, we are unable to accept arrivals or departures after 2:00 pm. This allows our team to begin our comprehensive deep-cleaning protocol, where every vacated suite is fully sanitized and prepared for its next guest:
- Deep Sanitization: We thoroughly disinfect all surfaces, including cat trees, shelves, walls, cat wheels, and doors.
- Pristine Views: Every window is polished with Windex to ensure a clear view of our bird feeders.
- Floor-to-Ceiling Care: Floors are vacuumed and mopped to medical-grade standards.
- Full Laundry Service: All blankets, beds, and soft toys are laundered and refreshed.
- Why we do this: This daily “reset” ensures that every kitty at The Purrrfect Lounge enjoys a sanctuary that is as healthy as it is comfortable.
Vaccination Requirements
Cats need to have a current Rabies Vaccination (or vet release from it).
Cats must also have a current FVRCP Vaccination (or vet release from it).
The FVRCP vaccine helps protect against the following:
- Feline viral rhinotracheitis (FVR): An upper respiratory infection in cats, also known as feline influenza, and caused by the feline herpesvirus 1 (FHV-1).
- Feline calicivirus (FCV): Another common viral cause of respiratory infection in cats.
- Feline panleukopenia virus (FPV): More commonly known as feline distemper, and caused by the feline parvovirus.
We must have a copy of your cat’s latest vaccination certificate for our files prior to your arrival date.
You may email a copy to us or upload your record when registering online.
Medication Information
There is a $3 administration fee for each medication prescribed by a veterinary doctor; i.e., pills, gels, trans-dermal gels, suspensions, etc.
This fee is per administration.
Cats that are on 4 or more daily medications are Special Needs cats. The fee for this many daily medications is $50 per day.
There is no charge for medications that may be mixed in the food.
We do not give Injections or Subcutaneous Fluids.
ALL Medications are administered from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm only.
Medications will be provided by the cat owner in the original container, labeled with veterinary information and directions.
If kitty is on a complicated medication schedule that is life-sustaining, or your kitty is known to become upset in an unfamiliar place, please board at your vet – it is far safer for kitty to be under their care.
We are not veterinarians.
The Purrrfect Lounge Holidays
Come rain or shine, 365 days a year, we always have staff here caring for our kitty guests. However, during select holidays we give our staff well-deserved time off to be with their families.
Therefore, The Purrrfect Lounge is closed for the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Independence Day
- Thanksgiving
- The Day After Thanksgiving
- December 23-26
